There is no place that I would rather be than in Carroll County and more specifically in District 5. Our family experiences over the past ten years are filled with joy and comfort even during challenging times when I was deployed overseas. The community wrapped their arms around Audrey, Emily and Sam. For that, I am eternally grateful and believe it is time to step up and serve those that have provided to us.
District 5 is unique as it includes Carroll County’s largest unincorporated area. We need to continue to pursue economic development, public safety, support for our schools and other area needs while protecting our great community. I look forward to engaging in a vigorous campaign, meeting many of you and listening to your concerns and ideas. Together, we will keep our community safe, strong and well prepared for the future.
For some, “service” is a slogan. For me and our family it has become embedded in our life and culture, tested in conflict, proven in successes and has become a permanent mission.
